This range built with 36t high modulus carbon with the ‘Perdurable’ blank finish (no paint or lacquer on the blank) comprises rods suitable for bank, boat and lure/jig fishing.
Built on an attractive full-ground blank and furnished with ‘S’ Lite cradle style 4 leg guides for additional strength, with hooded reel seat in black and Full EVA handle and black collars and butt cap.
The Pike Tamer Multi-Range 12’ is the all-rounders tool capable of casting baits up to 5oz easily and with a very progressive action to avoid ‘cast-offs’
The Pike Tamer Big Bait 12’ is the tool for hurling big frozen mackerel to the horizon but still progressive enough to withstand the use of soft skinned baits.
There are two 10’ rods to suit boat work – the 2½lb Boat Pike test for lighter work and also suitable for Zander, for casting smaller baits or even lures whilst the Boat Pike SU for bigger baits and heavier fishing. Both feature sensitive tips for bottom bouncing and power in the middle to butt to help subdue big fish.

The Pike Tamer Lure Rod which at 8’ 6” is light enough to fish all day and cast lures in the weight range 15g to 60g. This is rung for fixed spool work.
Two rods - Pike Tamer Jerk Bait’s for use with big jerk baits, plugs and jigs. These are two piece 6’ rods that are convenient to carry and store and come with multiplier trigger grip reel seats. Available in casting weight ratings of 40g to 100g and for the really big lures 50g to 150g.
